• Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee, which will be disclosed during scheduling

Payment

Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon completion of work. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee, which will be disclosed in the service agreement.

Insurance and Liability

Newport Beach Tree Services carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. A certificate of insurance is available upon request before service begins.
